WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR MAY 5TH TO 11TH, 2025

• Monday we're kicking off the week with a descending rep scheme of rowing and toes-to-bars. Then after the workout we’ll get some double kettlebell front rack carries in to finish.

• Tuesday, look to get all of the running and squats in! You’ll perform 2 rounds for time of running, back squats, front squats and overhead squats. Lucky for you these squats are all at the same weight and come from the ground 😁

• Wednesday, get ready for a pressing heavy day! You'll take on a jerk complex that has you completing 3 push presses, 2 push jerks, and 1 split jerk all without putting the bar down.

• Thursday we begin with snatch high pulls. This work will help develop timing in our snatch. Afterwards look to perform 5 intervals of biking for calories. The goal here is consistency.

• Friday continues our Murph prep for later in the month. The workout for today is a classic benchmark called “Cindy”. This is a 20 minute AMRAP of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 air squats.

• Saturday ends the week with 3 rounds for time of bar facing burpees, moderately heavy deadlifts and double unders. Prior to that we’ll get in some flutter kicks and AbMat sit-ups.
