Happy Sunday, everyone!
We will be starting the week off with “Nasty Girls” involving air squats, ring muscle ups, and hang power cleans.
Tuesday’s strength is going to be squats for the booty gains! Then we’ll go into “On October 3rd, he asked me what day it was” which is a simple wod consisting of bike and row calories.
“On Wednesdays, we wear pink” and we also do lots of toes to bar, burpees to bar, strict handstand push-ups, box jumps, and rope climbs!
Thursday is “That’s why her hair is so big. It’s full of secrets.” This one is for time and has a lot of running and squat snatches in different lengths and reps. If we have time, we might throw in a glute pump to finish it off.
On Friday we will spend some time with Regina George and Gretchen Weiners, which is a fun partner wod with double unders, dumbbell box step-overs, and GHD sit-ups.
Saturday is another partner workout, but we’ll let you find out the details when you show up! ;)
Oh, and for the October Monthly Challenge, we will be doing a step-up challenge to train and prepare for the hero workout, “Chad”, which we will be doing on Veteran’s Day!
