Welcome to another week of fun!
Monday, we will start off with a quick strength EMOM including deadlifts and bench press. Then we’ll go into “Big Daddy” which includes some running, DB power cleans, and strict handstand push ups.
Tuesday, we have a face off between “Shooter McGavin” and “Happy Gilmore!” Shooter will bring on the rowing, while Happy will bring double unders and toes to bar.
Wednesday, we start by tiring out the legs with some front squats and then “The Wedding Singer” which has rope climbs, thrusters, and box jump overs.
Thursday, starts with core strength work and then we’ll “Hustle” through some bike sprints and burpees!
Friday, be sure to bring your “Waterboy” with you as we take on a number of power snatches and chest to bar pull ups.
Saturday, all the “Grown Ups” will be having a blast as they take on running, double unders, synchro goblet squats, alt. DB snatches, and wall balls in a team of 3! Woo!
