Howdy! Hope y’all are ready for all the fun tests we have this week!
Monday, we test the back squat and then go into a spicy KB wod called “Priam” which has squat cleans, clusters, snatches, and box step overs.
Tuesday, we’re gonna test your grip with a pull up strength test that has a twist to it and then get into “Alala” which has GHD sit ups, running, and a looooooot of push ups.
Wednesday, we have everyone’s favorite Olly move, the clean and jerk! And then 30 more clean and jerks for time… What’s the name of that Girl WOD again?
Thursday, get ready to row, row, row your boat not so gently down the stream. We have a 5K time trial! Good luck!
Friday, we test the not so favored olly move, the snatch! Then go into a gnarly WOD that has more power snatches, dubs, and (d)evil presses… oh yea, and too many wallballs to keep track of. If you could name this WOD, what would it be?
Finally, Saturday we’re going to work on some bar muscle ups and then put them to use in “Barraza” which also has deadlifts and running.
