Hey everyone! Let’s get into our workouts for the week…
We will be closed on Monday! Take the rest that your body needs!
Tuesday will be a partner wod with rowing, biking, and power cleans called “Grit”.
On Wednesday, you’ll need a little “Courage” to get through these back rack lunges and toes to bar.
Show your “Dedication” on Thursday with a spicy little AMRAP of dumbbell push press, KB swings, and shuttle runs.
On Friday, be ready to “Sacrifice” with a partner wod involving burpee box jump overs and back squats.
We’ll be wrapping the week up on Saturday with “Heroism” in the form of double unders, GHD sit-ups, and deadlifts.
