Monday we’re working into our Squat Cycle with a front squat strength complex followed by “St Vincent” which involves rowing and strict handstand push-ups
On Tuesday, we start with gymnastics focus of pull-up variations before going into a 14min amrap Renegade Rows, Dual DB Hang Snatch, DB High/Low Carry, Abmat Sit-Ups called “Moonrise Kingdom”
Hump day brings us a deadlift strength piece before we go all “Macho Man” with an EMOM until failure of power cleans, front squats, and push jerks. And no, you can’t just “fail” after 3 rounds
Thursday is a simple one, keeping us asking “What About Bob?” as we bike and run our little hearts out
Friday’s strength is focused on push press, then we’ll earn our “Stripes” with wall walks, T2B, box jump overs, and good ole American KBS
Saturday is our annual Halloween Bar Slam! Come out to lift some weights even better when you wear your Halloween costume!
