We are now entering Week 7 of the current cycle and with that, we will be hitting the most challenging and intense week of the cycle.
Monday will start the week off with a front squat, back squat combo and then go into a WOD for time that has a looootttttt of wall balls and some deadlifts sprinkled in. Yes, I’m being serious, I’m not a “Liar Liar.”
Tuesday we have an upper body push and pull strength piece and then “10x500m Row Test.” Goodbye butt cheeks.
Wednesday we get to work on our favorite movement, the snatch! And then “A Series of Unfortunate Events” is bound to happen when you throw in some devils presses, box jump overs, and American KBS and call it a WOD.
Thursday “The Cable Guy” is paying us a visit as we get through several AMRAPs of burpees, some running, and max toes to bar. But wait! There’s more! We get to do a core finisher together too... yaaayyyyy!
Friday we test out the cluster, we all know it’s been awhile since we’ve done this one. But “When Nature Calls” or should I say afterwards we go into a WOD consisting of rowing, thrusters, chest to bar pull ups, and power cleans.
Saturday, bring your 2 gym buddies in with you because we get to take on the “Truman Show” with a team of 3! This one has double unders, hang DB snatches, DB step-ups, and single arm OH lunges.
