Hey guys! Let’s see what’s going on this week…
Monday will begin with a nice strength piece of a 3RM squat snatch, followed by “Chopped”, which is a 10-rounder of burpees and wall balls.
Tuesday is “The Great British Bake Off” with running, rowing, and rope climbs. Then, we’ll get into some gymnastics which will be a lot of fun too!
Hump day will begin with a good ole back squat strength sesh followed by “Beat Bobby Flay” with deadlifts, hang power cleans, dubz, and walking lunges. That one will make you hungry.
For Thursday, we’ll start of with a shoulder press strength piece and finish off with the “Worst Cookies in America” or, in other words, toes to bar and wall walks.
Friday gets even sweeter with “Cupcake Wars” involving bike calories and farmer carries. But There will be some skills and drills afterward!
Saturday will be a fun one with a partner wod called “Guys Grocery Games” with rowing, GHDs, bike meters or shuttle runs, and max burpee bpx jump overs. Don’t worry, one athlete will be working at a time, so you might get a little built-in rest there if you’re lucky.
