Well, there goes another weekend! Let’s see what’s in store for y’all in the next few days.
Monday starts us off with a heavy single snatch… don’t leave your snappy hips at home for this one. After that, we’ll get to munching on some “Potato Chips” with rowing and push-ups.
Tuesday will be a little more filling with “Baked Potato”, a 10-round workout with single dumbbell alternating step back lunges and wall walks.
Wednesday will begin with a heavy single squat clean push jerk and continue on with “Potatoes Au Gratin” with overhead squats, burpees over the bar, and pull-ups.
Thursday is classic ole “French Fried Potatoes”, which instead of a tasty treat actually means calories on the bike, v-ups, and dumbbell snatches. This will be followed by a nice little arm/shoulder pump in case you forgot to use them in the wod.
Wrapping up the work week with what other than “Tater Tots”. This will bring us some delicious partner work in the form of a lot of box step overs with some sandbag cleans thrown in there.
Saturday will be a picnic as we finish the week off with “Potato Salad” consisting of a partner wod involving running, synchro wall balls, and handstand push-ups.
