WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR APRIL 13TH TO 19TH, 2026

💥Monday we start off building to a 1 rep max back squat. Then transition to 7 minute AMRAP consisting of walking lunges and hang power cleans at a light to moderate weight.

💥Tuesday begins with the strict ring dip all wrapped up into a 8 minute EMOM. Then we’ll move into a WOD structured as 8 sets of a 1:30 minute AMRAP with :30 of rest of double unders, AbMat situps and pullups.

💥Wednesday will be a longer style metcon day. We’ve have a 22-minute AMRAP that includes rowing, Russian kettlebell swings, American Kettlebell swings and kettlebell suitcase carries. Expect this workout to be more of a lower intensity piece.

💥Thursday’s starts off building to a moderately heavy 2 rep push jerk. Afterwards, we’ll kick it up a notch with a for time style WOD consisting of three rounds of running and shoulder to overheads.

💥Friday we’ll start the day off with back squats where we perform six sets of 3 reps every 2:30. Then move to a two round for time style WOD with deadlifts, push-ups, wallballs and box jumps.

💥Saturday grab a partner to share the work in a decreasing rep style WOD that has rowing, hang power snatches and toes to bar.
