WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR MAR 23RD TO 29TH, 2026

The CrossFit Quarterfinals kick off next week, beginning on March 26th. Consequently, we won’t know the specifics of the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday workouts until around March 25th.

💥Monday begins the week with a heavy lifting session focused on an ascending complex. You will build to a heavy set over 7 total sets, performing 3 push presses, 2 push jerks, and 1 split jerk in each set.

💥Tuesday’s workout, you’ll perform four 800m running intervals. You’ll want to push each run as hard as you’re able to. With 3 minutes of rest between each run, you’ll have plenty of time to recover and prepare for the next effort.

💥Wednesday our workout is a for time style five round bodyweight triplet that consists of rope climbs, GHD sit-ups and box jumps. In this workout our goal is to complete the early rounds in 3 minutes or less. Happy climbing😄
