WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR MAY 25TH TO 31ST, 2026

We just finished our squat cycle and hopefully everyone saw a new PR! This week starts a new weightlifting focus cycle.

💥Monday – Gym is CLOSED in observance of Memorial Day.

💥Tuesday kick things off with an accessory block featuring a 1-minute machine interval of sumo deadlifts and banded face pulls. Then we’ll get into a 15-minute AMRAP metcon including box jumps, sit-ups, and odd object carries.

💥Wednesday we start with 6 sets of snatch balance and overhead squats to get back into some weightlifting. To finish, we have a 5-round WOD for time consisting of machine calories, burpees, and double unders.

💥Thursday we’ll focus on our gymnastic capacity with strict ring dips. Then our metcon is a for time style 4 round workout featuring alternating Dumbbell Clean into step up and wall balls.

💥Friday prepare for a clean and jerk complex building to a heavy for the day over 5 sets. The following metcon offers a partition-as-desired format workout with calorie machine, kettlebell swings and suitcase carries.

💥Saturday’s team WOD features three 10-minute AMRAPs. You’ll navigate power snatches overhead lunges, toes to bar and running. Each subsequent AMRAP the load increases while the reps decrease.
