Hey y'all! Let's check out the week ahead of us!
On Monday, we're gonna take it straight to the new testament with "Romans 5:8" consisting of meters on the bike, dubs, and wall walks.
Tuesday starts out with a squat snatch strength piece, followed by "1 John 4:9-10" with dumbbell front squats, toes to bar, and burpees over dumbbell.
Hump day brings us a little something written by our old buddy Paul called "Galations 2:20" with cals on the rower, box jumps, and strict HSPU.
Thursday has a power clean strength as well as a partner wod called "John 19:30" with GHDs, sandbag cleans, and sandbag carries.
Friday ends the work week with the ever so classic "John 3:16". For God so loved the world that he gave us thrusters and bar muscle ups.
Saturday can be individual or partnered and is called "Luke 24:6-7". With all this running, sled pushing, dumbbell lunges, and bench press, you might be saying, "My legs are not here..."
