Hey guys! Let’s get right to it!
Monday, our day starts with back squats and then we go into “Wattle” which has toes to bar, wall balls, and double unders. This’ll be a spicy one!
Tuesday, we get to work on our clean and jerk and then hit “Banksia” which includes wall walks, chest to bar pull ups, and dual dumbbell clean and jerks. Goodbye grippers and arms!
Wednesday, we start the day off with some technique focused snatches, and then go into “Parlour Palm” which has more snatches and a lot of bar facing burpees.
Thursday, we got a loooooong one. “Bottlebrush”, this one has rowing, biking, AND running. Talk about some good ol’ cardio!
Friday, we have our first OPEN WOD!!!!! Woooooooo… No one knows what’s to come! Do y’all have any guesses? Comment below!
Saturday, we’re gonna get gymnasty with some rope climbs, ring muscle ups, and pull ups. And then go into “Umbrella”, a partner WOD with rope climbs, front squats, burpee ring muscle ups, deadlifts, and wall walks. Yikes!
