WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR JANUARY 29TH TO FEBRUARY 4TH, 2024

Hello everyone! Welcome to another week of training!

Monday, the strength piece will be a 5 x 5 deadlift session and then we’ll have a “Plain Bagel” except this bagel has crossover single unders, calories on the rower, and box jump overs. Doesn’t seem so plain to me!

Tuesday, we have another 5 x 5 but this time we get to back squat! Then we have “Everything Bagel” which has lateral burpees over dumbbell, walking lunges, and calories on the bike.

Wednesday, it’s a streak for the 5 x 5! Today, we get to bench press! After that, we have “Cinnamon Raisin Bagel” which has shuttle runs, wall walks, and deadlifts. I’d rather have an actual bagel…

Thursday, the day starts with a 10-min EMOM of power snatches and then we’re having a “French Toast Bagel” which has dumbbell bench presses (that’s so rude after a bench press strength session!), sit ups, and some built-in rest.

Friday, no strength piece. Just an “Asiago Bagel” that has thrusters and chest to bar pull ups. We finish off the day with a glute and core mini pump.

Saturday, you’ll need two buddies to finish this “Blueberry Bagel” that brings us some rowing, sled sprints, and squat cleans. Sounds like a good day for some loud music and high fives… and a post-WOD blueberry bagel… *wink, wink Jer.
