Hey guys! Let’s see what we have this week.
Monday, we have gymnastics focused strength work to start the day off and then “The Saint” which has double unders and wall balls. Not so much of a saint-y type of workout.
Tuesday, we’ll refine our power clean and push jerk technique and then feel the “Heat” as we go into an AMRAP with an ascending rep scheme of burpee box jump overs and clean and jerks.
Wednesday, we get to tire out the legs with back squats and then hit “Iceman” which will continue to tire out our legs with the bike, american KBS, and toes to bar.
Thursday, we’ll get some time to practice walking on our hands and then go into “The Salton Sea” which has running, push ups, walking on our feet while carrying stuff, and also walking on our hands!
Friday, we’ll start with overhead squats and then we have “Doc” which has all the things we love like rowing, overhead squats, and chest to bar pull ups.
Saturday, we have a partner WOD called “Willow” which has deadlifts, handstand push ups, DB hang snatches, and shuttle runs. You’ll get to split the work with your partner, so that’s nice.
