WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR JULY 7TH TO 13TH, 2025

• Kick off your week with a focus on strength! Monday's session begins with building to a heavy 2-rep touch-and-go clean. Then, brace yourself for a 5-round, for-time workout, combining rowing and power cleans to round out the hour.

• Tuesday's workout, we have a 15-minute AMRAP. This fast-paced workout includes push-ups, Abmat sit-ups, and single-unders. Aim for a quick yet steady pace throughout, ensuring full range of motion for push-ups and sit-ups, especially as fatigue sets in.

• Wednesday's workout features three rounds for time, focusing on a higher-than-usual calorie count on the bike and pull-ups. Afterward, we'll shift our attention to core work with side planks.

• Thursday is an opportunity to take a step back from the intensity of the last few days, while still offering you a chance to work on getting stronger! We are looking to build to a 1-rep max or a heavy single thruster.

• Friday, get ready for an exhilarating workout that promises to challenge your skills and endurance! In this session you'll take on a workout that combines ring muscle-ups with high box jump-overs.

• Saturday brings a challenging yet rewarding close to our training week, featuring a longer duration chipper. This workout is designed to be approached at a steady, consistent pace. The movements themselves are classic and effective: running, wall-ball shots, and kettlebell snatches.
