Let’s see what’s going on this week!
Monday starts off with “Mozzarella” consisting of clean and jerks, wall balls, and dubs. Looks like a cheesy workout to me…
Tuesday is “Gouda” with alternating dumbbell snatches and toes to bar. Better have a gouda grip on that bar, everyone.
On hump day, we’ll taste a little “Feta” and enjoy some rowing, burpees over the rower and running.
Thursday brings us “Blue Cheese” with a lovely partner workout of bar muscle ups, wall walks, and synchro wall ball sit ups.
On Friday, we’re choosing our own “Cheddar” destiny with deadlifts, hang power cleans, and front squats OR overhead squats.
We’re ending the week on Saturday with a partner WOD called “Parmesan”, consisting of pull-ups, hand release push-ups, and rowing. Throw that on some spaghetti and call it a week!
