WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR NOVEMBER 24TH TO 30TH, 2025

• Monday we begin the week with an AMRAP style workout consisting of dumbbell walking lunges and legless rope climbs. Then we’ll finish off with some skill work featuring dumbbell Turkish get-ups and Windmills.

• Tuesday's workout will be a challenging couplet that will tax your shoulders and posterior chain with a for time style workout containing kettlebell swings and handstand push-ups. Afterwards, we will build to a heavy set of 3 weighted pull-ups.

• Wednesday, we get to work on our power clean technique with a heavy complex where you will perform 3 power cleans and 2 hang power cleans every 5 minutes for 7 sets. The goal is to complete all of the reps in the complex unbroken.

• Thursday - CLOSED for Thanksgiving - Don’t worry there is a workout posted. You have the choice to do a Travelling WOD or the Hero workout “Kelly” with a partner.

• Friday we’ll get back to the gym to work off that delicious Thanksgiving food 😀This for time style workout requires a partner where you will share the rower for a specified distance and then finish the workout off with burpee pull-ups. But wait there’s some front squats to finish it all off with.

• Saturday we’ll start off with our second week of our snatch cycle. Then we will shift into a classic hero workout “Randy” which is a for time style light weight power snatch workout.
