WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR NOVEMBER 28TH TO DECEMBER 4TH, 2022

Hey y’all! Let’s  see what we’ve got going into week 6 of this cycle

Monday we’ll start with a snatch complex and put on our “Poker Face” with a couplet of overhead squats and toes to bar 

Tuesday we’re bringing “Sexy Back” with dubz, handstand push ups, rowing, and ring dips right after a push press strength piece

Wednesday is going to be “Smooth” as we do our 20 min EMOM of burpees to target, chest to bar pull-ups, and wall-balls. Okay, maybe I need to re-check the definition of smooth…

Thursday starts off with a clean complex (yes, unbroken), followed by a 15min EMOM of TnG deadlifts and bench press

Friday wraps up the work week with a back squat strength piece, then say “Bye Bye Bye” to your leggies and midline after you’ve done some dual DB step-overs, GHD sit-ups, and box jump overs

“The Next Episode” on Saturday is a 3-person workout with cals on the bike, bar muscle-ups, and wall walks
