Weekly WOD Overview for November 9th through November 14th, 2020

Hello lovely lads and lasses. In case we don’t say it enough, we like you. Like, like you, like you. Like, okay, we love you lots. <3Let’s see what loads you’ll be leveraging this week!Monday we’ve got “Tabata This!” It’s a benchmark workout with rowing, squats, pull-ups, push-ups, and sit-ups. This’ll likely leave you lying on the floor and you’ll love it. On Tuesday, let’s get swole with “DB Power Snatches.” This will be a 5 x 5 strength day but we’ll be using dumbbells instead of our beloved barbells. Wednesday will feature a little midline med-ball madness. We’ll have you doing bear hug carries, bear hug squats, and over-the-shoulder tosses in what we call, “Care Bears.” Come “Hang Loose” with us on Thursday. We’ll load up our lustrous barbells and perform a bit of a lengthy complex with hang power cleans, hang squat cleans, and front squats. We’ll also see a little skill we haven’t seen in many moons, toes-to-bar. Gold stars for pointed toes, my lovelies. Hope you’re ready for Friday ‘cause it’s time to bust out those “Hops.” You’ll be left legless as we chip away at dubz, thrusters, and jumping lunges. Lastly, we land on Saturday and we promise there will be “No Regrets” if you can make it.
