Hey guys! Let’s see what we’ve got in store this week…
Monday we’ll find out that “Impossible is Nothing” with a 20 min EMOM of hang squat snatch, front squat, and chest to bar pull-ups followed by a 20… yes 20RM back squat.
Tuesday starts off with 15 minutes of push press + push jerk then get ready for “Handcuffed Lightning” with strict handstand push-ups, burpees, and the bike.
Hump day brings us 12mins of hang squat clean for weightlifting, then “Float Like a Butterfly, Sting Like a Bee” consisting of dubz, deadlifts, and more dubz.
On Thursday, our conditioning piece called “Now you see me, Now you don’t” will be a longer one with some running, farmer carry, handstand walking, and other fun carry variations. oh , and don’t forget the core finisher!
Friday starts with bar muscle up progression work, then we will try “Hard to be Humble” with a chipper of burpee BMUs, wall balls, T2B, rowing, and devils presses.
On Saturday, forget the desert, because “The Rumble in the Jungle” is gonna have us doing a fun little version of DT plus cals on the bike with a partner… choose wisely!
