Well hello there. This week is the first of 2 big build weeks in this cycle. Let’s see just what that means…
On Monday, we’ll build to a heavy deadstop deadlift for the day then after we’re feeling “Nego y azul” we’ll get into conditioning with dubz, hang power clean, front squat, and back rack reverse lunges.
Tuesday starts off with some bench press and weighted strict pull-up strength followed by “Problem Dog”, a triplet of Toe to Bar, Box Jump Overs, and HR Push-Ups.
Hump day will bring some rowing skill work and then a little “Breakage” of our lungs with a longer piece of running and rowing.
On Thursday, we have a strength box squat EMOM and then say “Peekaboo” to conditioning with dumbbell snatches and lateral burpees over those dumbbells.
Friday we’ll be priming our bar muscle ups and pistols then add some cleans and jerks, followed by an “Open House” with Shoulder to Overhead, Bar Muscle-Ups, and Pistols.
Saturday is another “Problem Dog”...? Anyway, it’ll be a fun partner WOD with running, GHD sit-ups, and burpee box jump overs.
