It’s hard to believe that 2026 is just a few days away! Let’s set some goals that we can achieve. These goals can be anything that helps us move forward in life.
💥Monday after the warmup we’ll start off with seeing how many unbroken double unders we can achieve or as many we can do in 2 minutes. Afterwards, the goal is to build to a heavy set of 6 weighted front rack reverse lunges.
💥Tuesday, we have 4 separate 4 minute AMRAPs followed by a 2 minute rest containing a challenging combination hang power cleans, shoulder to overheads, lateral burpees over the bar and pull-ups.
💥Wednesday, grab a partner for a 20 minute AMRAP style workout. You and your partner will split the reps working through box jump-overs, power snatches, overhead squats, knees to elbows and calories on the bike.
💥Thursday - New Years day there will be one class at 10:00am for those who want to ring in 2026. Today’s workout is a classic 21-15-9 benchmark workout called “Diane”, which consists of deadlifts and handstand push-ups.
💥Friday, you'll take on a longer for time style workout couplet consisting of 5 rounds of a 400m run and a 400/500m row.
💥Saturday we’ll get some gymnastic and monostructural movement in today’s WOD. Look to work on ring dips, AbMat sit-ups and double unders in this for time style workout.
