WEEKLY WOD OVERVIEW FOR JULY 14TH TO 20TH, 2025

• Monday, get ready for an intense start to your week with a bodyweight workout designed to push your core stamina to its limits with running, toes to bar and wall walks. After conquering this demanding bodyweight circuit, we'll transition to some focused strength work with barbell good mornings.

• For your Tuesday training, prepare for a challenging workout designed to test your strength, endurance, and gymnastic prowess. The goal is to complete 5 rounds for time, pushing your limits in a combination of kettlebell goblet squats, rope climbs, weighted box step-ups, and pull-ups.

• For Wednesday's session, our primary focus will be on a heavy snatch day. Athletes will have a 20-minute window to progressively build to a one-repetition maximum (1RM) snatch.

• Thursday you'll take on a 16 minute AMRAP triplet complete with running, farmers carries, and plank holds. Afterwards we’ll have some time to practice double unders.

• Friday we have a fun triplet that combines fast barbell work and even faster gymnastics. In this for time workout we will complete 3 rounds of hang power cleans, thrusters and lateral burpees over the bar.

• Saturday we have a partner workout where one person will work while the other person rests completing calories on the rower, double unders and deadlifts.
