Hello hello! Let's get to it!
Monday, we have the “Magic Kingdom” which has the bike, manmakers, rowing and running. Looks nice on paper, but it’s a deceiving one!
Tuesday, we have in the hole squats and front squats for our strength piece and then go into “Epcot” which has a ring complex of toes to ring, ring muscle ups, and ring dips along with some pistols and burpee box jump overs.
Wednesday, we get to bench press again and then go into “Animal Kingdom” which has deadlifts, dumbbell bench press, and dumbbell squat cleans.
Thursday, we have “Disney Springs” that brings us calories on the bike, toes to bar, and sandbag bear hug carries. Then we get to work on our pistol game with some fun skills and drills!
Friday, our strength piece is the good ol’ deadlift and our metcon is called “Hollywood Studios” containing running and heavy snatching. A combo that will bring everyone joy!
Saturday, we have a team of 2 workout called “Typhoon Lagoon” which has overhead squats, rowing, handstand walks, legless rope climbs, and strict handstand push ups. This one is gymNASTY!
